Handyman and Emergency Service in Mallorca
Most damage to a holiday home is small: a jammed shutter, a blocked gutter, a dripping connection, a light with no power.
We deal with those during the regular inspection. Anything needing a licensed trade we tender and supervise, so you are not negotiating from abroad with somebody you have never met.
Calling out a trade for every small thing means waiting three weeks for a slot and paying the call-out. Much of it takes ten minutes.

Price
Included in the package
The handyman and emergency service is included in every package, so from 490 € per month. There is no surcharge for nights, weekends or public holidays. Trade invoices are passed on to you unchanged — we add nothing to them. For tendering, scheduling, supervising the work and following up on warranty claims we charge a coordination fee of 15 % of the net order value, capped at 450 € per order; orders under 150 € are coordinated free of charge.

Questions about repairs and emergencies
Does anyone on site speak English?
Yes. Advice, reports and contracts are available in English or German. With tradesmen, utilities and authorities we deal in Spanish so that you do not have to.
When do you bring in a trade?
As soon as the work needs a qualification or a licence: electrics beyond the fuse box, plumbing, roofing, anything structural. Small things we do ourselves, because waiting for an appointment often costs more than the repair.
How much do you add to trade invoices?
On the invoice itself: nothing. You pay the amount on the tradesman’s quote. For the coordination — obtaining quotes, scheduling, supervising the work, following up on warranty claims — we charge 15 % of the net order value as its own, openly stated line, capped at 450 € per order. Orders under 150 € are coordinated free of charge. Nothing is commissioned before you approve it, except where there is immediate danger, and the coordination fee is stated in the quote you approve.
