MARNER Mallorca S.L. is also home to the real-estate brand MARNER ESTATES Mallorca. From selling property we know the other side of owning a holiday home: houses that stand empty most of the year — where small faults go unnoticed for months until they are big ones.

That is exactly what MARNER CARE is for: somebody who looks in regularly, takes care of things and proves it. Not as an agent’s side business, but as a business of its own — with its own team, its own published price list and its own measure of quality: the monthly report.

Four things set us apart, and all four can be checked: our prices are published — most providers name none. One price applies across the whole island, with no travel surcharges. The report arrives on the first of every month, with photos. And the coordination of trade work is billed openly as its own line instead of a hidden mark-up on other people’s invoices.

Plus three promises from the first conversation: an answer within one working day, from a person with a name. A free first visit, even if no contract comes of it. An initial twelve months, then cancellable monthly, no deposit.
