Pool Service in Mallorca
A pool does not turn green because somebody missed an appointment. It turns green because nobody looked for two weeks and the values drifted in the meantime.
We come weekly in summer and fortnightly in winter. The readings appear in your report every month, not only when something goes wrong.
Many providers simply stop coming in winter. That is exactly when the values drift unnoticed, and spring starts with a full clean instead of a swim.

Price
Pool service in the package
Pool service is part of the Standard (990 €) and Complete (1,590 €) packages. We do not sell it on its own, for a practical reason: whoever drives to the property for the pool looks at the whole house while they are there. The journey costs the same, and you get the inspection with it.

What if the water goes off anyway?
We restore it and write in the report what caused it. If a faulty installation was to blame, we obtain a quote and wait for your approval before anyone repairs anything.
Do you look after saltwater pools?
Yes. For salt systems we also check the electrolysis cell and the salt level. The cell is a wear part; we tell you when it starts to fade rather than waiting for it to fail.
Is the pool covered in winter?
If you want it to be. We winterise in autumn, keep the water quality stable through the cold months and bring the pool back into service in spring, in good time before your first visit.
