Housekeeping in Mallorca
A house that stands empty for months does not get dirty so much as dusty, damp and stale. A house that is let needs a different routine between two stays.
We do both, and we tell you beforehand which one yours needs.
Cleaning an empty house is not about dirt. It is about airing, dehumidifying and catching the damp patch in October rather than in March.

What housekeeping costs
Laundry and cleaning are included in the Complete package (1,590 €). For rented properties we charge changeover cleans per stay; the rates are in your quote and do not move with the season.

Do you handle changeover cleaning for holiday lets?
Yes, between stays including laundry and bed linen. We can take on the handover to the next guest as well if you want us to.
Is it always the same person?
As far as possible, yes. Someone who knows a house cleans it faster and more thoroughly, and notices when something has changed. During holidays or illness a colleague from the same team steps in.
Can I book cleaning without a management contract?
No. We look after properties, and cleaning is part of that. A cleaner without anyone checking the house is a different service, and one we deliberately do not offer.
