Handyman and Emergency Service in Mallorca
Most damage to a holiday home is small: a jammed shutter, a blocked gutter, a dripping connection, a light with no power.
We deal with those during the regular inspection. Anything needing a licensed trade we tender and supervise, so you are not negotiating from abroad with somebody you have never met.
Calling out a trade for every small thing means waiting three weeks for a slot and paying the call-out. Much of it takes ten minutes.

Price
Included in the package
The handyman and emergency service is included in all three packages, so from 590 € per month. There is no surcharge for nights, weekends or public holidays. Trade work is passed on at the quoted price, with no mark-up. We earn nothing on other people’s invoices.

Does anyone on site speak English?
Yes. Advice, reports and contracts are available in English or German. With tradesmen, utilities and authorities we deal in Spanish so that you do not have to.
When do you bring in a trade?
As soon as the work needs a qualification or a licence: electrics beyond the fuse box, plumbing, roofing, anything structural. Small things we do ourselves, because waiting for an appointment often costs more than the repair.
How much do you add to trade invoices?
Nothing. You pay the amount on the quote. Coordination is already paid for through your package, and nothing is commissioned before you approve it, except where there is immediate danger.
