Concierge Service in Mallorca
Your keys sit in a locked cabinet at our office, with no address on the tag, only a property number. Every removal is logged.
That lets tradesmen, guests and couriers onto the property without you flying over or handing a spare key to somebody you barely know.
A spare key with the neighbour works fine until the neighbour is away, or a tradesman stands at a locked gate on a Friday afternoon.

What key holding costs
Key custody and tradesman access are included in every package, so from 590 € per month. Guest welcome, arrival preparation and shopping belong to the Complete package (1,590 €).

How are the keys secured?
In a locked cabinet, tagged with a property number instead of your address. Who took a key and when is recorded. If a key is ever lost, nothing on it says which house it opens.
Can family or friends collect the key?
Yes, if you name them to us in writing beforehand. Without your authorisation we hand over nothing, not even to someone who knows your name.
Do you meet holiday guests?
Yes, in the Complete package. We hand over, show them around and stay reachable during the stay. We do not handle marketing or bookings; for that we work alongside your existing provider.
